The City of Shelby Parks and Recreation Department is requesting proposals for rights to operate food and beverage concessions as described in the Concession Services Agreement beginning January 1, 2027.

Interested parties must submit their Bid Proposal no later than November 25, 2026, at 4:00pm. Sealed bids may be delivered to the Parks and Recreation Department at 850 West Sumter Street, Shelby, NC 28150, either in person or by mail. Bids will be opened the day and time stated above. The City is not obligated to accept any bid for any reason and reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent high bidder prior to awarding bid.

Interested parties wanting to meet prior to the proposal deadline to discuss the terms of the agreement may do so no later than November 19 by scheduling an appointment.
