The City of Shelby Department of Housing is discussing changes to the agency's goals , objectives, and policies and invites public comment regarding such changes during the Annual Plan that will be held on Monday, July 27, at 5 PM, at 801 Logan Street, Shelby, NC 28150.

Recommendations of the residents will be taken into consideration for the 2026 Annual PHA Plan.

The City of Shelby, Department of Housing's approved 2026 PHA Plan and attachments will be available for review at the office located at 801 Logan Street, Shelby, NC 28150. Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
