The Outdoor Payment Kiosk will be unavailable while the installation of the new unit is completed.
We expect the new kiosk to be ready and operational by Monday, May 18. We will post an update to social media and the website if it becomes available for use before that time.
During this time, payments can be made using the drop box at the back of City Hall, at the Customer Service counter or by phone at 704-484-6866 during regular business hours, or online by clicking here.
