The City of Shelby's Online Payment System has been restored and is functioning properly.
The City of Shelby’s Online Payment System is currently down. Technicians are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Payments can still be made by the automated phone system (704-484-6866, option #3), the Outdoor Payment Kiosk, the Drop Box behind City Hall, or visiting the Customer Services Department at 300 South Washington Street.
We will post an update when the Online Payment System is available.
