The City of Shelby's Police Department conducted a swearing-in ceremony on Monday, March 2, 2026.
During the ceremony, Officer M. Sandy was sworn in to the Shelby Police Department as a lateral transfer.
Officer Richard was promoted to Sergeant and was also sworn in during the ceremony.
