The City of Shelby cordially invites you to join us on Wednesday, March 4, at 11 am, for a ribbon cutting ceremony as we officially open the First Broad River Kayak Boat Ramp to the public. The new kayak boat ramp is located at 940 West Grover Street, just past the First Broad River Trail parking lot.
