This notice is to inform the general public and the media, and in accordance with the mandates of North Carolina General Statutes 160A-71 and 143-318.12, I hereby call a Special Meeting of the Shelby City Council for Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. The location of this meeting is the City Hall Annex, 311 South Lafayette Street, Shelby, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting is for City Council to conduct its annual retreat.
