All Shelby Parks and Recreation Facilities will be closed from 12 AM, Saturday, January 24, until further notice due to the impending winter storm and State of Emergency Declaration.
This includes Shelby City Park, Holly Oak Park, Hanna Park, Royster Memorial Golf Course, the carrousel, and train.
