The City of Shelby Water Resources Department has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional engineering services for the Wease Aerial Sewer Line Replacement Project.
This FEMA-funded hazard mitigation project involves the replacement of an existing 36-inch steel aerial sewer crossing and associated sewer infrastructure near Wease Drive.
Professional services will include planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction-phase services in compliance with FEMA Public Assistance and federal grant requirements.
Qualification submittals must be received by 5:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, February 5, 2026.
