The City of Shelby would like to congratulate Officer Shannon Scell, Dee Greene, Walter Taylor, and Detective Scott Hamrick on the occasion of their retirement.

Officer Shannon Scell served with the Shelby Police Department for 13 years. Dee Greene served for over 30 years with the Parks and Recreation Department. Walter Taylor served for over 22 years with the Public Works Department. Detective Scott Hamrick served with the Shelby Police Department for over 15 years.
