We would like to remind our customers that Monday through Friday, from noon until 1:30 pm, the Customer Services counter is closed. During these hours, payments must be made at the kiosk , the drop box located at the back entrance of City Hall, or by another remote payment method. Customer Service Representatives will be available during this time to guide you through the use of the kiosk if needed. Please remember that the kiosk accepts cash, check, or debit/credit cards. The kiosk does not give change; the total amount inserted will be applied to your utility account, and a fee will apply when using a debit or credit card.
