Beginning on Monday, October 27, a contractor for the City of Shelby will be replacing a stormwater culvert on Earl Road. Expect personnel, vehicles, and equipment along and in the road with road closures while work is ongoing. Detour signage will be posted for the duration of the project. Work in this area is anticipated to last approximately two weeks; weather permitting.
