  • To provide you with the service associated with the request
  • For statistical purposes in determining the level of use of this site

In addition, if you complete the online City Application for Employment Form or other online HR applications, the information collected will be used for consideration of employment with the City of Shelby and will not be used for any other purpose, and will not be disclosed to any party without prior consent.
