The division of Logistics & Enforcement Services provides general oversight of the Fire & Rescue Departments' fleet & equipment, facilities, supply chain, and manages both the offices of the Fire Marshal, and Emergency Management & Professional Development. The division provides management and administrative support for financial and strategic planning in the Fire & Rescue Department.
Division Chief Logistics & Enforcement Services: Todd McMurry
Todd McMurry has been with the Fire & Rescue Department since 1988. His background includes numerous professional certifications in fire and rescue disciplines. He is a certified instructor, a live structure burn instructor and is a credentialed Level III Code Enforcement Officer. He earned his undergraduate degree from Fayetteville State University, his associate degree in Fire Protection Technology from Gaston Community College, and he is a graduate of the County & Municipal Administration program at the Knapp-Sanders School of Government at UNC-Chapel Hill. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Western North Carolina Association of Firefighters (WNCAFF) and is a past president of the Cleveland County Firefighters Association (CCFA).
