Alcohol ENFORCEMENT
The Shelby Police Department Alcohol Enforcement Investigator is assigned to the Department's Vice/Narcotics unit. This position is partially funded through the local ABC Board.
Det. Josh Hendrick is assigned as our Alcohol Enforcement Investigator. Det. Hendrick works closely with the local ABC board, state Alcohol Law Enforcement officials, as well as the State ABC Commission to ensure local businesses are in compliance with applicable laws and ordinances.
