2008 Youth Summer Day Camp

REGISTRATION DATES: MARCH 24TH THRU JUNE 13TH, 2008

Registration for the 2008 Shelby City Park Summer Day Camp has begun.

The Summer Day Camp will begin on Monday, June 16th and run for 10 weeks ending on Friday, August 22nd.(School begins August 25th)

Camp ages are 5-12 Years, as of the 1st Day of Camp they are attending. WE WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY, JULY 4TH. Day Camp hours are from 7:45AM til 6:00PM Monday thru Friday. The camp will be held at the Shelby City Park again this year. DAY CAMP FEES THIS YEAR ARE $80 PER WEEK FOR CITY RESIDENTS AND $90 PER WEEK FOR ALL OTHERS. You will not be charged for the FULL WEEKS YOUR CHILD DOES NOT ATTEND. Siblings will receive a 10% discount.

Camp Fees include a Camp Tee Shirt to be worn each Friday on Field Trips. We will go on a Field Trip every Friday. Example: Skating, Carowinds, Movies, Splash Planet, Chucky Cheese and many more. Parents may be responsible for Field Trip meals and any spending money the child may need. Fees are due on THURSDAY'S in advance for the next week.

We also offer Swim Lessons, Gymnastics and Tennis Lessons at a reasonable fee and Free Clinics in Baseball, Golf, Cheerleading, Basketball and Volleyball. We will have Arts & Crafts and go swimming at the Park Pool on Mondays thru Thursdays. Our Field Trips are on Fridays.

AT SIGN-UP PARENT MUST BRING ALL ITEMS BELOW TO AVOID A 2ND TRIP.

• COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM (S)
• 1st WEEK'S FEES AND SWIM LESSON FEES-If applicable
• COPY OF CHILD’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE (If did not attend last summer)
• COPY OF CHILD’S IMMUNIZATION RECORDS (If did not attend last summer)
