Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board

PURPOSE

Administer State laws on the control and sale of alcoholic beverages.  Provide for the management of ABC stores in the City of Shelby.

MEMBERSHIP

The Board consists of five members, all appointed by City Council.

TERMS

Board members serve three year, staggered terms.  Terms expire in April.

MEETINGS

Regular meetings are held on the fourth Monday of the month at 1:00 p.m., 824 West Warren Street Store, Shelby, NC.
