I would like to serve on one of the City's advisory boards. How do I apply?
The City of Shelby has nine Boards and Commissions. Each is unique in its size, meeting schedule, and specific function. However, the overall mission is the same: To make Shelby a place in which we can be proud to live, work, and play. Regular members of City Boards and Commissions are appointed by the Mayor and City Council.
To apply for appointment, please print a copy of the City of Shelby's Application for Appointment to Boards and Commissions and submit it to the City Clerk's Office via mail, fax, or e-mail.
