Winter 2017 Yoga/Kettlebell Class Beginning January 9th

Summer 2016 Schedule:

LUNCH TIME AEROBICS at Shelby City Park

Type of Class: Coed-class involving Resistance Bands, Toning Exercises & Moderate Cardio

When: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Time: 12:15pm- 12:45pm

Cost: $12.00/month

Payment is expected the first of each month; You may take your first class FREE.

Instructors: Sandy Carpenter & Dee Greene

CROSS TRAINING at Shelby City Park

Type of Class: This class provides a variety of endurance exercises geared towards engaging your muscle in new ways. The routine will continually change and will include some high-impact and some low-impact exercises.

When: Tuesday & Thursday

Time: 5:30pm- 6:15pm

Cost: $12.00/month

Payment is expected the first of each month; You may take your first class FREE.

ZUMBA FITNESS* at Shelby City Park

Every Tuesday and Thursday Evening 6:30PM - 7:30PM

Instructor: Heidi Steeves

Cost: $5.00/a class or $25.00/month

Blends fun of ZUMBA with Yoga at the end!!!

**All City Employees and Cleveland County Employees receive a 25% Discount for Zumba w/ Heidi.
