The division of Logistics & Enforcement Services provides general oversight of the Fire & Rescue Departments' fleet and equipment, facilities, supply chain and manages the Fire Marshal’s Office, and the Office of Training & Emergency Management. The division provides management and administrative support for budgeting and strategic planning in the Fire & Rescue Department.
Assistant Chief Logistics & Enforcement Services: Todd McMurry
Todd McMurry has been with the Fire & Rescue Department since 1988. His background includes numerous professional certifications in fire and rescue disciplines. He is a certified instructor, a live structure burn instructor and is a credentialed Level III Code Enforcement Officer. He earned his undergraduate degree from Fayetteville State University, and an associates degree in Fire Protection Technology from Gaston Community College. Todd is graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill School of Government's Municipal Administration Program. He serves on the board of directors for the Western North Carolina Association of Firefighters (WNCAFF) and is a past president of the Cleveland County Firefighters Association (CCFA).
